We met Joseph in 2013, we were downsizing. He had 6 Villas under construction in Wesley St Balcatta, their floor plan suited our requirements. So, off the plans, sight unseen, we made an offer on 2 of the villas which Joseph accepted with our conditions. I visited the site almost very day, is was then that I met him. I was impressed by the man, the ease of discussion, nothing was a problem to him, and we did have a lot of changes. Some that were difficult & hard to explain, he personally did these himself. The finished products are of a very high standard, we are more than pleased. Why 2 Villas, my wife and I are in our 80’s and need some caring, we live in one, our son lives in the other, so he keeps an eye on us. We would be pleased to recommend Joseph.
